Vision Zero
Implementation Group
The Vision Zero Implementation Group includes 10 City of Houston departments, five partner agencies, and representation of the community. This group meets monthly to review the plan’s goals and celebrate its outcomes, discuss hot topics related to traffic safety, data analysis, and infrastructure design, and evaluate project status and effectiveness.
The group includes representatives from the following:

- Houston Health Department
- Houston Human Resources Department
- Houston Fire Department
- Houston Legal Department

- Harris County
- Houston-Galveston Area Council
- METRO
- Texas Department of Transportation
