Norma Meadows

Norma Meadows serves as the Chief of Staff for the City of Houston’s Office of Business Opportunity (OBO).  In her role, Norma is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operational and programmatic needs of the department, managing the execution of OBO’s strategic plan, leading programs, special initiatives, and department-wide team building efforts.

Norma also plays an integral role in ensuring citywide compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by functioning as the City of Houston’s Title VI Coordinator.

Her volunteerism includes her affiliation with several organizations and/or service on various boards whose mission aligns with her passion for helping people.
