The Mayor and Reliant will kick off the holiday season at the Reliant Lights Mayor’s Holiday Spectacular – 105 years at City Hall. The annual event is fun and free for the entire family. We will celebrate 105 years with live music and the lighting of the holiday tree.

Houston’s Official Tree Lighting & Festivities Celebrates 105 Years
Saturday, December 7th

Mayor John Whitmire and Reliant will kick-off the holidays with one of Houston’s favorite family events of the season: Reliant Lights Mayor’s Holiday Spectacular. The annual FREE event will return on Saturday, December 7th, 6 – 8 p.m. in Hermann Square at City Hall. This will celebrate 105 years  of live music, dance performances, the lighting of the holiday tree, and other festive activities for all ages. LeToya Luckett, a two-time Grammy award winner and founding member of Destiny’s Child will co-headline the show with Two-time Academy of Country Music New Female Vocalist nominee RaeLynn.
