Ceremonial Documents Policies and Procedures

Thank you for your interest in requesting a ceremonial document from the City of Houston. The Mayor's Office of Communications issues proclamations, letters of support, and certificates of recognition on behalf of Mayor John Whitmire. Please submit your request at least 14 days in advance for review and approval. We also encourage you to contact your city council member to support your request.
