Mathias Lattin

Mathias Lattin is a Houston native and the grandson of Hall of Famer (1966 Texas Western), David Lattin. He graduated from the acclaimed Kinder High School for Performing and Visual Arts. At 20 years old, Mathias Lattin won the 2023 International Blues Challenge and Best Guitarist, conceivably, becoming the youngest to win both. His self-produced debut CD, UP NEXT, is nominated for a 2024 Blues Music Award-Best Emerging Artist Album. He is currently touring and had opened for Ally Venable, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, and Eric Gales.
