Texas Transportation Code
Signage is not normally posted for parking regulations included in the Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 545. They are also provided in the Texas Department of Public Safety Driver’s Handbook.
Parking Regulations can be found in the Texas Transportation Code 545 and Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances. Abandoned and Towed Vehicles
City Ordinance 26-93 states that a vehicle cannot legally park on the public street for more than 24 hours. This helps to reduce neighborhood blight and identify stolen vehicles.
